1. The speakers cable is USB-C interface, please insert in correct direction ( make sure microphone icon facing you) and insert completely, otherwise, one side speaker may have no sound.
2. Location of speakers may cause volume difference. If the distance is too far, you will feel volume too low. Use the thicken pads come with package to install speakers as close as possible to your ears.
